Print Details & Framing
-
A limited-edition print is produced in a set number of copies, with each print belonging to a defined edition. Edition size, numbering and signature details vary by work and are specified in the product description where applicable.
A unique print is a one-of-a-kind work, meaning that no other identical print exists. This may be due to its printing process, materials, the artist's intention or due to artist no longer being alive.
A vintage print is a photograph printed around the time the original image was taken. Vintage prints can offer a direct connection to the period in which the photograph was created. The date of the image and the date of the print may differ slightly, so we provide relevant details in each product description where available.
If you'd like to know more about a specific photograph or its edition, we're always happy to help.
-
We exclusively offer original photographic prints by esteemed photographers and archives. Each work is described with relevant information about the artist, date, print process and edition number, where applicable.
All photographic prints are signed by the artist or fully authenticated by the estate.
Please check the individual product description for details about the signature, edition numbering and authentication of the work.
If you have questions about the authenticity or provenance of a particular photograph, please contact us before purchasing.
-
All prints are shipped unframed, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you're based in the Netherlands, we're happy to offer framing advice and put you in touch with our trusted professional framer to help you find the right finish for your artwork.
