Paul Glazier's series Island on display in Oban, Scotland and online
In his ongoing series Island, Paul Glazier has captured the landscapes and lives on Vatersay, an island in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland. Visiting the island regularly since 1978, Glazier has created a captivating time document of a small and intimate community, where both the people portrayed as well as the surrounding landscape play the lead role.
This series is now on display in the Rockfield Centre in Oban, Scotland. A special digital version of the exhibition has been created as well and allows for remote access. The exhibition is part of a specially curated coastal exhibition trail, programmed by Street Level Photoworks in partnership with regional venues.
